Everytime I see this picture, I always feel this tinge of regret that I didn't buy this dress last year (April to be exact). I don't know, for some reason, I really like it but... *Sigh* Was I overbudget that time? Did I splurge on something? I could not recall, but...
*sigh*
I wish I could turn back time, buy it, and wear it tomorrow for Friday casuals.

blah, i know that feeling. i've learned that when you find something you really love, you've just gotta get it! it's a pretty dress and it looks good on you :)
